El Patron is a small Mexican restaurant right next to East Putney tube station. They serve delicious cocktails, tacos and live music. All in all something I consider a perfect night.
We ordered the freshly made guacamole and corn nachos.
To celebrate the beginning of the weekend I had a stawberry margarita which was probably one of the best ones I have had in a very long time.
The staff kindly informed me that the tacos were made from corn and gluten free. I went for the latest addition to the menu – prawn tacos. Their food is very reasonably priced with tacos starting at £4.
At the moment I am obsessed with avocado and will have it with most of my meals. We tried the mango and avocado salad which was very colourful and tasty.
After strolling around Putney in the evening we went for some G&T’s at Duke’s Head. They have got an extensive list of gin’s and do happy hour’s most evenings.
